I am not sure what you mean by optomics. Usually there is one rate for standard lasik, and another for optimized lasik. Optimized is better than standard. Blade Free or ReLEx SMILE is better than optimized.

She can join work and all normal activities after the first day.

LASIK is not necessarily always perfect. In some cases, you may have a refractive error after the procedure, which is rare. It is extremely rare to have complete blindness after LASIK. It can only happen after an infection. That is hardly likely at a good center.

In hyderabad, I would recommend New Vision Laser Centers at Basheerbagh, which also has ReLEx SMILE technology

There is a technical meaning, and there is a common sensical meaning.

LASIK should be good for you. The best would be to go for blade free customized LASIK or Blade free wavefront optimized LASIK

All of them are good hospitals. You should also consider New Vision Laser Centers at Basheerbagh. Maxi Vision, Medi Vision and New Vision are all focused on LASIK. So these may be more appropriate choices.
