You are a good candidate for LASIK with your refractive errors. 100% correction is a misnomer. There is a very high likelihood that you will not need glasses to see clearly. Which is what you want, rather than 100% correction. Once your eyes are corrected, it is usually permanent, unless there are other, new problems in the eye.
